Ingredients
- 100 ml Сидр Купаж 1
- 30 ml пюре белого персика
- 5 ml медового сиропа
Method
Build with ice, stir gently and serve chilled.
Sparkling clarified, unfiltered cider.
A blend of five apple varieties from our own Crimean orchards: Jeromini, Fuji, Braeburn, Granny Smith and Pink Lady. Fermented with wine yeast, matured and left with natural sediment.

Soft and fruit-forward, with honeyed floral notes, gentle spice and light structural tannins.
